The following are the winning entries of the S2S BioFlix 2013 amateur short film competition on biodiversity. The winning entries were announced at a special screening on Monday 24th June 2013 at the Regent Cinemas in Albury, New South Wales Australia. The competition was hosted by the Slopes to Summit (S2S) partnership, part of the Great Eastern Ranges Initiative, and funded by the NSW Government’s Environmental Trust with additional support from CSU Green, Foto Supplies Camera House Albury, and Sony.

Open Category

1st – Galateah – LIZETTE SALMON
2nd – Get a buzz from backyard biodiversity – KAREN RETRA
3rd – Wonga Wetlands – NICHOLAS WILKE 

Schools Category

1st – Biodiversity in Albury – CASPER LINSSEN (Albury High School)
2nd – Biodiversity in the S2S region – JOSEPH BURTON (St Patrick’s Parish School Albury)
3rd – Biodiversity – NIKITA TABUTEAU (Charles Sturt University – Albury Wodonga Campus)
