The Kosciuszko Alpine Way journey takes you from Canberra, the nation’s capital, through the infamous Snowy Mountains to picturesque country Victoria.
Meandering through the spectacular Snowy Mountains, this scenic route has it all – charm, dramatic vistas, history and beauty. It includes the magnificent Kosciuszko National Park – a place of contrasts year round, boasting snow covered peaks, deep alpine lakes, giant boulder fields and vibrant displays of blossoming wild flowers.
Enjoy breathtaking views from the scenic year round chairlift at Thredbo then walk to the top of Australia's highest peak, or mountain bike down exhilarating tracks. Fish in sparkling rivers, lakes and streams, quad bike or horse ride through spectacular mountain property.
Along the way there is so much to sight see and sample.
